Ryan Jacobsen is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, professional, and treats putting up blinds like he is putting them up in his own home. From picking out the right blinds to the actual install, Ryan was on top of every detail! I could not be more pleased with my new motorized blinds, but even more pleased with the treatment I received from Ryan! Just completed an order with Mountain Blind Man including reinstallation of some old blinds that they put in about 8 years ago, plus ordering new blinds including installation. I needed to replace 4 blinds in a tall large log two story cabin, the upper windows were in the peak of the roof line and needed operating ropes that were about 40' long and installation required using a 40 to 50' ladder. One call to the Mountain Blind Man was all that was needed to get custom replacement blinds made and installed in the cabin.

Awesome company! Michael - the owner - was super patient, knowledgeable and transparent with my family during the in-home estimate. This really helped us feel comfortable in our decision and in purchasing from Mountain Blind Man. Very knowledgeable on Mexican culture as well which was a pleasant surprise! Fantastic experience! I let the team know what I was looking for, and entrusted them to offer recommendations when they measured. They were on point to answer all my questions, even doing a little smartphone video to demonstrate how a certain shade works. The end result exceeds my expectations. The shades I ordered are fancier than I expected, but they're perfect and I love them! And it was much less than I budgeted/expected. Why didn't I do this sooner? The experience could not have been better, from outreach to install. The shades even arrived sooner than projected. Shout out to a professional, knowledgable team.
